Putin warned countries that would try to attack them 

Russian President Vladimir Putin has threatened to wipe out countries that try to attack them. It added that they would be forced to use their modern hypersonic weapons when they were attacked. He also said that there is no need to call more soldiers to fight against Ukraine. It will be recalled that Putin first said that they have no plans to use any nuclear weapons because they know the wide-ranging effects it will have. 

 It still insists that the attack on Ukraine is only in retaliation for what Ukraine has done to them.
